Spacious room with a full kitchen, safe and comfortable settings, welcoming owners, proximity to gas station, railway station, Knox church, and a lot of restaurants (I like the Rising Sun dumplings), easy parking, at reasonable price

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I arrived on the second day under the new owners, so they are still settling in. Despite this, the service I received was exceptional.

The room was spotless and well-maintained. As an older guest, I did have some concerns about the bath spa and shower setup, as well as the steepness of the driveway—these are aspects I might have reconsidered if I had booked directly, but it was arranged through a service.

What I absolutely loved was Alexis' central location—perfectly positioned for everything: town, cafes, the university, and more. Highly recommended!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very good central location.

Tidy room, no complaints or concerns.

We arrived on a cold day and it was a nice touch to discover the room was warm with the heater already on.

Property is on a steep hillside, so may present some challenges for those with mobility issues.

A very pleasant stay.
